Is Umemba Health an approved provider for Continuing Education credits?
Yes! Umemba Health is a Texas DSHS-approved provider of CHW and CHW Instructor certification and continuing education. (Certificate #64, Expiration 2/2025). Our courses and trainings may also qualify for Category II CECH for Certified Health Education Specialists and towards AAMA continuing education hours for Medical Assistants.
I don't live in Texas, can I still participate in your training programs?
Yes! Our programs are virtual and can be taken from any U.S. state, even overseas!
How long will I have access to the courses and workshops
Unless otherwise specified, you will have 30-day access to the all courses and content. Continuing education certificates are good for 2 years from the date they are issued.
What languages are the courses offered in?
All courses and workshops are offered in English only at this time.
Are group rates available?
